Was the system ever serviced? Is the AC compressor cycling?

Yes everything was changed out last spring, drier, evaporater, and hoses. Compressor cycles good. Checked everything under dash

If everything is working, then I would recommend checking the blend air door. Something tells me it isn't working properly.
