Air conditioner not blowing out of vents properly

The air conditioner has been charged and the air, very slight, that does blow out is very cold, but it just won't blow out of the vents. Maybe a duct problem? Or vent selection? Please give me any suggestions you may have, and ways to check it out. Thank you, Rick

Could be a blower motor resistor, module, blower motor itself. If it was a duct problem, typically it will still be coming out somewhere (defrost, floor). Do you need instructions on blower motor removal?
