Air conditioner blowing warm air

System fully charged, Freon full, fuses good, blowing warm air, no noises. Was told it is either the actuator or one of the 2 sensors under hood need replaced. How can I test these to find the issue? What sensors are they talking about?

It could be one of two things first the compressor has gone out and is not pumping the high pressure needed or you have a temperature blend door actuator that is not working correctly. When you turn the system on feel the low side tube coming from the fire wall it should be cold if not here is a guide to show you how to check the high side pressure:
