Air condition not cold

Had exactly the same issue. It's the ignition switch. A VERY common failure, ask your dealer to confirm.

Why is it when I go to start my car, the blower does not blow anything, heat or air, and then I notice if it's at night the headlights have to be turned on manually instead of automatically. The two problems are always connected. No lights, no blower.

Sounds to me like it could be your ignition switch. These cars have a big problem with the blower relays going bad, but since it is affecting your lights too, probably is the ignition switch.

It's the ignition switch. One of the voltages runs thru it and the contacts of the switch are bad.

My fan is not funtioning. It only works on the fifth setting and sometimes when its raining outside it won't work at all. Any advice?

You need your resistor board changed. It is located under the pasenger side of the dash. My board went 1 year ago. In canada the board cost me $35. The board controls setting 1 to 4 on your fan dial.
