My original compressor started leaking Freon, my repair garage replaced it with a lifetime warranty compressor. Four years later it leaked and was replaced with another lifetime warranty compressor. Three years later they tell me its leaking Freon again. Any thoughts on whats happening?

Yep, bad rebuilds or badly China made "new" parts. Both are very common and getting worse by the month. I have seen a "new" compressor fail right out of the box. Rebuilds that leaked worse than the one I was removing.
