1999 Acura Integra Codes

My 1999 integra recently started to sputter and stall after going through a fairly deep puddle. The engine light came on it is throwing out 3 codes. P-0135. P-1298 and P-1508. What do I need to do to fix this. The mechanic reset the codes and the light has not come back on but the car still sputters and stalls.

P0135-oxygen sensor, sensor 1. Connector could have gotten wet. Sometimes needs replacement other times not.
P1298-electrical load detector. Probably just a glitch from the water.
P1508-idle air control valve. It's the cause of all the sputtering.
