1994 Acura Integra heater meter keep going up.

I have to turn on the heat to the max at all time, otherwise the engine getting hot.
can anyone give me a hint. What wrong with it?Please!

Have u changed your thermostat? Also if that doesnt work, your engine coolant temperature sensor may be the problem.
