Wont start sometimes it clicks wont turn over unless jumpd then it runs with radio and amp no prob it has a new battery and my altanator tested fine could this be electrical?

Yes the problem is electrical.

I would check power and ground cables and connections for corrosion or they may be loose. You may also have a parasitic draw on your battery that is causing it to drain when it sits.
