Why does my 1991 Integra not start sometimes I replaced the distributor?

Why does my 1991 integra not start sometimes I replaced the distributor (but not the rotary cap) it runs better but still has the same problem what could it be. Thank you. Jeff

Hi Jeff,

When it could not start, was there any indicator lights showing?

Did you check if it was sparks or fuel that is missing?

If fuel is missing, check the PGM-FI main relay which would cause intermittent failure to start. The fuel pump is not getting power to run. Remove the relay and check for cracked solders. Resoldering the joints would solve the problem.
