I have already changed the blower motor. I can’t get the air to blow cold or out of the other vents. Under the hood the wires are cold so the A/C works just can’t get it to blow. I’m having a hard time finding the values or the t shape tubes the condicer is kicking on and off so I don’t know what to do. I did look at diagrams.

Good evening,

This could be 2 issues. There is a mode door actuator for the air direction and a blend door motor for the heat and A/C operation. The blend door actuator requires the instrument panel to be removed to gain access to the motor. I attached the procedure below for you.

I attached the procedures for you the replacement for you.

Before you replace the blend door actuator, I would have the Freon pressures tested to be sure the system is working correctly.
