I checked the fuse inside the car behind the sun glass compartment for the cigarette lighter fuse I accidentally made it spark somehow, do not ask me how I was using a leatherman. Stupid I know. After that tried to turn the ignition and the wheel was locked and the key would not turn and was stuck. After many hours and trying the negative cable which when was done the end of the wrench touched the gray box type thing behind the battery and it sparked. A friend uses the multi meter and tested all the fuses and none showed faulty volts the battery showed 12 volts. I changed the intelligent key battery nothing happened. Triple a came out and the guy tried to reset the key nothing, he even made another one that did not work. I had it towed I think the guy undid the negative cable fix and that did not work. I got the key and wheel to unlock by taking the ignition lock off. In short what I have come to be 98 percent certain its the immobilizer. When I turn the key the dash lights illuminate the wipers come on and the flashers come on until you where the car is to start and it all goes off. Nothing happens the windows are stuck rolled down, the key fob dose not make anything happen. The horn will honk the display on radio will come on if you hit the display to check the time while the car is off for instance. I have no manual and need my car desperately please help, cannot afford the dealership.

Do you have power at the fuse # 21 10 amp? Here is a guide and the fuse location:

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find.
