A/C intermittant but mostly off

Hi!

Symptom is A/C mostly blows warm air but once in a while will blow cool air. I bought a refill kit but the gauge reads 100 psi when clutch is off and 50 psi when clutch is on so I did not add any refrigerant.

Thanks for your advice.

Hello,
