Seven lug rotors

I have a E250 work van that needs front rotor/hubs. The VIN number is 1FTNE24W53HA69323. Tried to have them turned but they are to thin to get the warp out. All I can find is eight lug rotors. I even tried an online chat with Ford parts but they apparently did not have any more information available than I could find online. The van is all stock with original wheels. Any help is appreciated.

You listed "F250", then said you have a van. You also need to specify the engine size. You will find seven lug rotors on the Rock Auto web site, listed under "2003 F150".

That sounds like the brakes they used on the F-150 Heavy Duty and supercharged trucks with the 5.4 in them. Take a look at the Ford BRR33 (used with four wheel ABS), Raybestos 66654R, ACDelco 18A904A or Ford BRR32(used with out four wheel ABS) and see if they fit. Attached picture is a BRR33.
