How do you replace rear rotors on a 1999 Ford F-250 Super duty 4X4?

I need to replace the back rotor on both sides. I need to know how to do this for I do not know.

Take off the wheels. Unbolt the caliper attaching bolts, there are 2, and remove the caliper. Support it so you do not stress the hose. Remove the 2 attaching bolts for the caliper mounting bracket. Remove the rotor.
Use caution when pushing back the pistons into the caliper.
