Front end fell in water(no salt) & intake pulled in water till engine died.
Changed the oil then tried to start, will turn & almost start, when turning by hand can feel something jamming.
Could this be a valve or a rocker that unclipped, should I even think of repairing it?
Thanks.

RECKON IT'S WATER IN THE CYLINDER(S)?
YA KNOW YOU CAN COMPRESS STUFF LIKE GASSES
. BUT YA JUST CAN'T COMPRESS WATER!
PULL THE PLUGS, SEE IF YOU CAN ROTATE IT OUT
AN OIL CHANGE MAY BE IN ORDER TOO!

Remove the spark plugs to see if it frees up but you have likely bent or broken a connecting rod now and will be looking for a new engine. We see 3 or 4 of them every time there is flooding.

Thank you for you're answers. This confirms what a few of my friends said. Ithought I could get away with top end parts(valves or rockers).I guess if you play you gotta pay.

Nope, if there is damage, it will be the lower end. I've seen a few punch a hole right through the side of the block.
