My car is making a front end clunking noise come from the driver side. I replaced the sway bar link and the noise is still there. It happens after the car has been driven for a while and it doesn't do it all the time but when it does I hear the clunking noise and can feel it in my steering wheel. I don't know what else to check. Balljoints are good.

Make sure you don't have a blown strut and also check the strut plate. That is the part that the top of the strut mounts to. If it is bad, it can cause a clunk when hitting bumps.
