Air Condition not blowing cold

Seems like air conditioning is not as cool as it should be. It blows cool air but not cold air. HAve never had this recharged. Is that where I should start?

You definitely shouldn't touch it yourself. You can do a lot more damage than most people could afford. Have an AC shop look at it and likely evacuate and recharge the system with the correct amount. The amount of charge is critical. Too little is a problem and too much is a bigger problem.
