Exterior signals and lights work. Battery drain through cluster/HVAC fuse with key removed from ignition (according to tester). A loose wire grounded out somewhere? Bad ignition? Bad instrument cluster? I'm stymied on this one.

Good afternoon,

How did you determine the draw?

What was the current draw at the fuse?

Did you do the basics such as clean the battery cables and check the battery voltage?
