I just bought a 97 Chrysler Sebring Conv. JXI and when it heats up it sputters really bad and it blows white smoke from my exhaust. I don't really know what to do about it. I would like to try and get and exact answer to the problem cause I really love the car and would like to try and fix it back up. Thank you for your time.

If you are getting white smoke when it warms up, I'm about 99% sure you have a bad head gasket. When coolant gets into the combustion chamber, is burns white.

Check that and let me know what you find.

Ok if your 99% sure what do you think I should do. The Motor has 175,869 miles on it. Do think it would be wise to just have them seal the old motor or get a new one to replace it with less miles?
