Wipers stopped working

Wipers stopped working. When the switch is turned on, the wiper blade will move just a "tick" otherwise, no movement. Is it the switch, the relay or the wiper motor?

Turn the switch to "low" or "high", not a delay setting, then check for voltage on the case of the motor or the metal mounting plate. If you find voltage there connect an extra ground wire between the mounting plate/motor and a good ground on the body.

Check fuse number fifteen twenty amp in fuse block if okay then start testing the wiper switch and also the wiper motor.

The turn signal that controls lights inside and out not working as will as the wiper controller not working. Is this a multifunction switch problem?

That is my first guess. Chances are it has shorted. When you replace it, check the wiring in the steering column for damage.

When I turn on my wipers they do not work. When I try to use the sprayer it does not work. The wipers just sit there. My dad changed the fuse under the dashboard number fifteen and it still does not work.

Have a local professional check it, it may be the motor.

wiper on driver's side went all the way off the window and now does not work. The other side still works. Is this expensive to fix?
