Check to see if you are getting power to resistor there are 4 wires leading to it and it's by the blower. They are about $60 for another one.

While driving home one day I started to smell something that smelled like it was burning. All of a sudden my blower, radio, and cruise stopped working. Also, even when driving it no warm air comes through the vents(even though blower is not working I figured it should still blow a little bit of warm air while driving) it seems to be stuck on cold air. What could this be? There are several burned fuses in the fuse box under the back seat and when you push on some of the with tester the blower will come on but only on defrost and cold. HELP!

Something must have shorted out for some reason. Was your rear defogger on at the time as well? If the fuse box is damaged you will have to replace it.

I have a problem with the rear blower motor the controls the rear a/c that blows from the ceiling vents. If I have the key on but not the engine I can get the motor to run and air to blow from the ceiling. As soon as I start the engine, the blower stops and there hasnt been anything I can figure out to get it to come back on with the engine running

Check to see if you have power going to the switch. Or check the ground as well. It may be ignition switch.
