WE have HHR 2006, the battery went dead and now the radio does not work at all. We have checked the fuse in the fuse box and it is ok. I understand there is one in the back of the radio, how do we get to that fuse
Do you
have the same problem?

I have the exact same problem. I unplugged the battery and when I plugged it back the radio no longer worked. I already checked all the fuses and they seem ok.

Hello,

There is 2 fuses (RADIO #23 and AMP #6) in your fuse box. Check these first.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-fuse

If everything tests okay then it could be the amp or head unit that has failed. Test for power and ground in each to confirm the failure.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-use-a-test-light-circuit-tester

Here are the wiring diagrams and fuse locations (below) along with a guide to help you get the job done.

Please run some tests and get back to us we are interested to see what it is.

Cheers, Ken
