GIVE THE IAC A LITTLE "LOVE TAP" WITH A SCREWDRIVER HANDLE WHILE THE ENGINE IS RUNNING. DID IT GET BETTER, EVEN FOR A FEW SECONDS?

LET'S TAKE IT OFF AND CLEAN IT AND THE HOLE IT CAME OUT OF WITH THROTTLE BODY CLEANER. THIS MAY DO IT, OR REPLACE IT WITH A NEW ONE. LEMME KNOW IF YOU WISH TO REPLACE IT, I MAY BE ABLE TO SHOW YOU HOW TO GET IT CHEAPER.

It is on top of the motor at the throttle body. It has a 2 wire connector and mounts with 2 8 mm head bolts. Should take about 2 minutes to remove.

OK, I have changed the IAC the PVC, cleaned out the throttle body. The battery is losing cranking power(had to get a jump). The car still idles at a very low rpm. It goes up and down very lightly.

Start at your intake. The PCV will be in the top of the valve cover and will have a small hose running to the intake.
