Starts but will not run

We changed the fuel pump/filter/regulator. Then the EGR. It would not start before but now it starts but will not stay running after you hit the gas. We have been working on it for a few months and cannot figure out what the problem is now. Please help! We have exhausted our knowledge.

Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? That would be great. You can upload it here with your response. So it will idle and then stall after you hit the gas? If so can you make is rev by using starting fluid? Also lets run the codes to see what comes up. Here is a guide:
