No start

Replaced burnt fuel pump fuse, now car will not attempt to start. All fuses test good (using test light) except stat fuse 10 amp. Is this fuse used by though vehicle or is it a filler fuse? What should I check?

Fuses do not just blow, normally the item they feed is either failing or the wire grounds out. In this case I would bet you need a new fuel pump module. The pump started to fail, that increases the current flowing through the wires. It finally got to the point that the fuse blew. I do not see a stat fuse listed.
