2004 Mazda 3 My vehical won't start

I was driving to a conscience store and as I was going to park in the middle of the parking lot I got stuck in a huge puddle of water and his car smoked and won't start
We left the vehicle all night and it still won't start
What do we do and also where are the spark plugs?

That is the fastest way to initiate a $5000 repair that you can do. If it drew water into the intake it can break connecting rods. You may also have saturated some expensive computer modules also. You need to tow it to a capable repair shop for diagnosis.
