Got into car accident front end damage . Now my engine is running like crap could the the accident cause a timing problems with the engine! !

Not likely
check for vacuum leaks and under the hood
and if have check engine light on scan for codes

I just had a tune up done 2 weeks ago it was. Running great only after the accident it started to run like this!
