Cigarette outlets have no power

Hi, there are two fuses to check, also you need to use a testlite on the fuse circuit, see if it is hot. Cigar liter fuse 15 amp, also, right instrument panel 2-- 60 amp fuse, use test lite, these circuits are hot all the time.

So I had a charger plugged into my cigarette lighter and when we unplugged it, my dash lights went out. I checked the fuse. It was blown. I replaced it. Still doesn't work. Any idea?
