Starter only hisses and radio resets when attempting to start. Any ideas?

Wont start. Doesnt crank only hisses.

Check battery/connections make sure its clean and tight and also at the starter end connections if okay-get the starter motor load test-start here-could also be a problem with the ignition switch or the park/neutral switch.
