I just replaced the battery with a brand new one. I replaced all the spark plugs, and it turns over, but it won't start. I just keep like a winding noise I don't know what else to do to get it going. I just hooked up the code reader and it said P0 700 transmission, as well as P0562 system voltage low. What do those two things mean? Do I need to replace them? Do I need to pull them out and fix them?

Hi,

The P0700 is a generic code retrieved from the powertrain module which indicates there is a diagnostic trouble code stored in the transmission control module. The P0562 indicates just what you said, a low voltage issue.

So, although the battery is new, make sure it is fully charged first. However, before doing that, I need to hear it cranking. You indicated a winding noise. I need to hear it. If possible, record it and upload it for me to hear.

Let me know, and I will watch for your reply.

Take care,

Joe
