Car wont start

Turns over but wont start no spark to coils and plugs. I've checked alot of things but this is what it comes down to is no power to the coils and so we used a tester made for that there absolutely no power getting to the spark plugs.

Which engine do you have? Are you checking for voltage to the ignition coil or coil pack while you're cranking the engine? There had better not be voltage if you're not cranking the engine. Have you checked for diagnostic fault codes?
