On that one you need to remove the alternator belt, then the A/C belt and finally the power steering belt.

Remove the air cleaner box.
The alternator belt comes off by loosening it is mounting bolts and the the rod that tension's it.
A/C belt comes off by loosening the idler pulley in the middle and turning the adjuster bolt to take the tension off the belt.
The power steering pulley comes off about like the alternator belt, you loosen the pump mount and back off the tensioner bolt to get the belt free.
If the power steering belt is bad you would be well served to change the other two while you have them off unless they were recently changed.
