My Toyota 2001 Corolla just cruises at 10 m/hr as soon as I pull the lever from P>D mode without me putting my foot on the accelerator. What's wrong in my car?

Check for vacuum leaks, check the idle air control valve, check the throttle position sensor. If the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned to determine if there is a different sensor that is causing the problem.
