Stalled in the middle of the road

I have a toyota camry 01. The first time it does that. All The lights turned on I then put it on parking and it started again. What you think will be the problem. The vehicle has had a engine light since the time I bought it more than 4 years ago and it has 135000 miles aprox

You need to find the code and get back to us.
As far as the cutting out, check the fuel pressure, and spark. One of them will be going away. Once you know what is missing, it may be the fuel pump or the distributor failing.
