My Transmission is hard shifting, I have added transmission fluid but still hard shifting, what do think could be wrong with it and how much do you think it might cost to repair it?

Hard shifting is caused by many things. It's best to take this to a trans pro and have him diagnosis this as well as give you a quote to fix it, if it needs it. It can be electrical as well as anything else.

Just lend my point of view with that model saturn the most common reason to have hard shifting is too high of line pressure in the transmission. Usually caused by a bad pressure regulator in the valve body. Sometimes by a bad line pressure solenoid and sometimes a electrical problem. Without doing a line pressure high low test step pressure test and buzzing the actuator's you won't know for sure.
