Hard shifting problem when it goes in 1st to 2nd to 3rd and 4th gear what could it be?

I have a 1995 saturn sl1 automatic transmission, I need to know what im looking for when the car shifts in each gear itshift hard in each gear is a vaccum problem?

There is no vacuum going to that transmission its computer controled. Is there any codes in the computer have you checked yet?Most of the time the hard shifting is caused by too high transmission pressure caused by the pressure regulator in the valve body sticking causing too high of pressure.
