The radiator and a/c fans do not work at all even after running for 30 minutes. If run a/c for a 20 mile trip or less the engine will run hot and lose water from the radiator. Never hear fans come on after a drive. Please help.

Is the recovery tank overflowing or depleting?
When A/C is turned, are both fans working?
