2001 Dodge caravan the climate control panel. The heating fan only works when you turn it to full capacity and the defrost only defrost on the passenger side. The panel lights do not come on at all.

The blower working only at full capacity indicates the blower resistor is most probably bad. This is the most coomon cause of such problems.

Is climate conrol dual or triple zone climate control?
Does other functions work correctly?
Does moving the passenger and driver temperature control lever makes any difference?

Was any repairs done prior to this occurring?
