Rear driver side window not working

Rolled down the window recently after having the battery cable reconnected. It didn't go up afterwards. I tried the advice given on the 2007 problem found on your site. No luck. I hear a switch, but no motor when pushing the driver's control for that window. There is no sound when attempting with the switch on the rear driver's side door however.

Have the master control switch checked and tested-start here

Where is the master control switch located? I can't seem to find it online.

The switch is at your side where you control all the windows
