2000 Pontiac Grand Prix stalls

While I am stopped at a stop light/sign my car stalls. The rpms will drop below 1,000 (1) and die. The idiot lights dim sometimes when its dark outside. It usually starts right back up sometimes I have to use to gas a little bit when turning it over. And when I'm going down the road it jerks a little bit used to be worse but my fiancée replaced a bunch of stuff. And it also dies when idling. We replaced spark plugs, gas filter, gas pump, air filter, I don't know what it is and my fiancée does not either. Please help. Thank you.

Try cleaning throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner. Make sure all duct work is connected from air cleaner to throttle with no holes in it.
