I'll just be driving, and the car will shut off I'll pull over and wait 10 minutes or so and it will finally restart. Today I was driving and the RPM's stopped reading and the TCS light came one but was still driving. Could there be a bad sensor or PCM? Thanks for your time and help.

Since the tachometer quit working you may be looking at some kind of computer issue, especially if the car kept running okay. You may want to have the PCM scanned to see if it recorded any fault codes

Hello,

The engine shutting off while driving is one of the symptoms of a bad crank position sensor.
Heat a vibration from the engine can overtime make the crank sensor to lose its calibration and send incorrect data to the ECM that usually triggers an engine shut down.
This issue may or may not turn on the check engine light.

I have attached diagrams for your reference.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
