No clutch pedal

I have a 2000 mits. Eclipse 2.0 manual. I dont have any clutch pedal, added fluid and pumped the pedal and it goes away, what should I check first and how.

No leak anywhere -check the clutch slave and the clutch master cylinder

The pedal wont stay to where I care put the transmission into gear or shift while moving. Havent seen any leaks.
