Honda accord 2000 v6 radiator fan 2plugs and 1 wire, where does the wire go?

That looks like a wire end connector that belongs in a plug, it may have pulled out of the plastic plug end. Check your plugs for a missing wire slot that has a corresponding receiving pin.

Color of wire matches that of the A/C compressor. Is the compressor working?

Thanks for the quick reply! I will look at both options. I did think it was a sensor of some sort and when I tried to use the A/C is didn't seem like it was pushing too much cold air. Kinda cold outside though so hard to tell. I will take a look and let you know KHLow2008.

KHLow2008 you were right! The wire had been pulled from the actual plug. (Probably when I was wrestling with the altenator) Just put it back into the plug, and the A/C was working like a charm. Thank for your help.
