The coolant fan will work if you mess with the back side of it And the wiring area that connect together, my question is do I need to replace the whole fan or is there a solution to fixing it with the wiring part?

Without being able to see exactly what you're doing, it sounds like you have a case of spread terminals in the connector. There is usually a way you can pick them to make them have a tighter connection. Some connectors have a colored "pimento" in the middle that has to be pried out, then there are little plastic fingers that must be lifted to allow the terminals to be pulled out. With them out, you just squeeze them a little with a pliers. Do one at a time so you don't mix them up when reinstalling them. Doing that will make the fan motor run the wrong way.

If the female terminals are in a hard rubber connector body, you just slide a pick in just outside of the terminal, then use it to bend the terminal slightly so it makes better contact.
