I had asked about 1999 chevy silverado starting but wont stay onafter starting it up and if the fuel pressure is low would I have to replace fuel pump or what else could be causing the truck not to stay running and I have replaced the enigine and it is good

Check fuel pressure, if low check fuel filter, but most common and likely is a failing fuel pump. And what was it you replaced?

Fuel pressure should be 60-66 psi key on engine off, 50-63 psi idling.

I replaced the fuel pump but now the fuel pump does not on I connected every thing what would cause that problem
