Dash Lights

All the dash hazard lights are on in my 1999 Chevy Cavalier. I just replaced the battery, starter and belt. Also had the alternator tested which they said is good. What could be wrong?

Sometimes when battery voltage is lost, some modules may have to relearn or reset. At the moment, I can't be sure if that is your problem? Are there any applicable trouble codes?
