4th replaced fuel pump won't come on

1999 Buick Century Custom V-6 3.1 Litre 2 Wheel Drive ---
fuel pump measuring only about 5 volts and not coming on. Any suggestions, please?

The fuel pump relay has a "prime" terminal coming off it. You can apply 12v to it to see if that gets you 12v at the pump. That will isolate the bad part of the circuit.

Check and test the fuel pump relay, the computer control of the FP relay circuit and the fuel pump and oil pressure sending unit-
