Why is my fuel pump not working on my 94 Buick Century special?

I replaced my heater core which was my first time doing this. I know I didn't need to do this but I disassembled the dash. There is one wiring harness under the steering wheel that I can't find where it goes and I'm thinking it might power the fuel pump. It was running before I started but now it will not start. It turns over and has spark to the plugs. I pulled and checked all fuses just to be safe. I listened for the pump to hum when I turned the key but nothing. If it was working fine before I started does anyone know if the harness goes to the fuel pump and, if so, where does it go? If not, any suggestions? Thanks.

All fuses have been checked and are fine. Where is the fuel pump relay? Can fixing 1 problem really cause another?

Ok thanks. 2 more questions. Would the diagram be in the owners manual and, if not, what do I do once I find it? Sorry but never did anything with a relay before.
