Engine cranks but wont start

I have no spark when cranking engine. I dont have fuel pump working wth key on, I can jump fuel relay and make fuel pump work. I have traced all wiring but I am getting power throught the ground block on the engine by the alternator, and have power through the green wire with orange tracer. Need help

Hello,

Have you tried installing a new relay. You could have a faulty relay.
Check to see if you are getting power to the relay.
You can also test the relay as well:

I have attached the wiring diagrams for the fuel system for your reference.
You might have to trace the wires to find the short if the relay does not fix the issue.
