WHAT COULD THE PROBLEM BE IF WHEN I TRY TO START THE CAR, POWER ISNT ENGAGING THE STARTER. EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS BUT THE STARTER

Check the starter relay. Check to see if there is power to the starter in the start position. If the relay and starter are good, check the ignition swtich itself. Make sure the clutch safety switch is working.
